Joy Williams is the Founder and CEO of Joy Williams Enterprises, LLC, a Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary enterprise providing wellness, creative development, arts and entertainment, education, and community engagement services to organizations, businesses, and public-sector partners.

With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and professional experience, Joy is a Certified Sound Healing Therapist, Licensed Cosmetologist and Educator, and Affirmation Performance Artist. Her extensive career includes serving as a three-time Miss USA Official Lead Hairstylist, Lead Stylist for Miss Universe 2019, and Hair & Makeup Sponsor for Miss Black USA 2023.

Joy has recently facilitated corporate wellness retreats for employees at Soho House locations in Downtown Los Angeles and Malibu and regularly provides community healing experiences throughout Los Angeles in partnership with organizations including Peace Yoga Gallery, AT&T, and The Met. 

Through Joy Williams Enterprises, she delivers corporate wellness experiences, sound healing and mindfulness activations, educational workshops, creative programming, community initiatives, retreats, and live entertainment designed to promote well-being, connection, creativity, and personal and professional growth.

As the artist, Joy + Soul, she is an internationally recognized vocalist, songwriter, and Affirmation Performance Artist with more than 15 million streams across 175 countries. Her work brings together wellness, creativity, music, and cultural connection to create meaningful experiences that engage, connect, and empower communities across industries.

 Evie “Evie Stackz” Smith is a creative strategist, wellness facilitator, and experience manager supporting the delivery of impactful programs and activations for Joy Williams Enterprises, LLC. She brings expertise in guided meditation, mindfulness, movement, creative development, brand strategy, and experience management to create intentional and engaging environments for organizations and communities.

As an ordained minister & Reiki Master, recording artist, storyteller, and Founder & CEO of Lucrative Persistence, Evie combines spiritual grounding with creative and strategic expertise. She facilitates guided meditation, breath work, and purposeful stretch practices designed to support relaxation, focus, connection, and overall well-being.

Within Joy Williams Enterprises, Evie helps develop and coordinate corporate wellness experiences, community programs, creative activations, retreats, and sound healing experiences. Her approach centers on creating inclusive, thoughtfully designed environments where participants feel welcomed, engaged, and prepared to fully experience the program.

Through her leadership in brand strategy and experience management, Evie ensures that each Joy Williams Enterprises activation is professionally coordinated, purpose-driven, and designed to create meaningful impact.
