With over two decades in the beauty industry, Joy is a celebrity hairstylist, texture educator, and three-time Miss USA Official Lead Hairstylist with credits spanning Miss Universe 2019 and Miss Black USA 2023. Through Joy Williams Beauty, her JWB Academy, and educator partnerships with Farouk Systems / CHI and Paul Mitchell 

The School, she has become one of the most trusted voices at the intersection of beauty and wellness.

As the creative force behind Joy + Soul, she is a vocalist, songwriter, and sound healer with over 10 million streams — delivering affirmation performances and sound healing experiences that meet people in their bodies, not just their minds.

 Evie "Stackz" Smith is the creative and spiritual heartbeat behind every Joy Williams Enterprises wellness experience. As the team's lead atmosphere curator, Evie arrives before the moment begins — grounding the space, the energy, and the people in it through intentional guided meditation and purposeful stretch practices designed to open both body and mind.

Drawing from her roots as an ordained minister with the A.M.E. Church, a recording artist, and a storyteller, Evie brings a rare blend of spiritual depth and creative precision to wellness coordination. She understands that true transformation doesn't start at the podium — it starts in the room. Her guided meditations are rooted in affirmation, breath, and presence, creating a receptive atmosphere where guests feel safe, seen, and ready to receive.

Whether she's leading a morning stretch to ease attendees into the day or guiding a closing meditation that seals the experience, Evie's touch is intentional and transformative.
